Potomac Falls is the unofficial name for the 20165 zip code of Sterling. This area is located along the boarder of the Potomac River, which boarders Maryland, and is mostly north of route 7 (View Map ). Most of Potomac Falls is within minutes to Algonkian Parkway. This stretch of roadway provides easy access to the Fairfax or Loudoun County areas and is well known for it’s beautiful parks, walking trails, and golf courses.
Unique to Potomac Falls is that in 2009, Donald Trump purchased the Lowes Island Golf Course in Potomac Falls naming it “Trump National Golf Club.”
