The multi media marketing plan you laid out was extensive, made sense, and ultimately proved that you understood how to sell homes in my area. The slide show and virtual tour presentations of the home posted on the Internet was done very professionally and seemed to highlight the best attributes of my home. The bottom line is, through your efforts and the resources at Century 21, Redwood Realty, the buyer of my home was found in just two days! Frankly, that incredibly short time-frame seemed quite unlikely in such a down market. In just two months, the sale was finalized and all those house-for-sale concerns and worries I had were behind me.

We put our home on the market in March with a Realtor that a coworker suggested. We did no other interviewing since this was our first time selling a home. She appeared to know what she was doing. She took her own pictures and the company was one I had not heard of, which she said didn’t matter because of all the advertising she did. Well as we all know the housing market was dropping like crazy. We had no open houses, a fair amount of traffic, but no feedback from our Realtor for a stretch of 6 weeks. We ended our 6 month contract with her at 5 months.
That’s when Jon came into our world, when we had lost trust in Realtors and were ready to give up. We had 10+ Realtors call us about re-listing our place. This time we decided to interview them. Jon was first and he had us. Since we had to be sure, we carried on with the interviewing and after a few more we canceled the rest. No one else came in with the honesty and preparedness (he viewed all the listings in our neighborhood in person and was a Loudoun pro… laptop demo, etc) the rest of them just came with a contract and a lot of promises…
Jon had a professional photographer come in and professional flyers designed. Being with a large company helped with exposure. We had an offer within a few weeks and then another. We closed on that place in October 2008.
We purchased our new home in Jan 2009. Thank God for Jon. Because I am home with my toddler he was stuck to deal with me most of the time. And because I found a few real estate sites that I checked 100x a day I am sure I drove him a little crazy but he never showed it. I know he had other clients but he always made us feel like we were the only ones. No pressure, guilt, or condescending remarks. Century 21 is very lucky to have him and he will have us for life as clients.
