Homes Sales in Ashburn Farm and Ashburn Village continued on par with last month. It appears that Belmont Country Club is not doing so hot. Last month 3 homes sold inside the gates. Yikes!

Home continue in northern Ashburn continue strong in to September.
As you will see, there are currently a lot of homes that are pending a sale which means that they are in some stage of having a contract on them. The difference between this and previous months is that many of these now are short sales that have contracts but have not been accepted by the bank. It use to be that Realtors would not take them out of active status until the bank acepted the offer. We will have to see how all of this plays out.
