Brambleton’s 3 New Town Homes
November 6th, 2009 Categories: Brambleton, Loudoun Sights & Sounds
In this video I am on site where Brambleton is developing the land for 3 of their new town home projects.
I was able to see what these towns from Centex, Beazer, and Van Metre are going to look like today and I think you will be pleased… Unfortunately they are not in the video…
These builders should begin sales in the beginning of the year.
Remember, if you are looking to buy a new home… Don’t go at it alone. Builders do not work in your best interest. Contact me to discuss viewing new home projects.

Van Metre Is Headed To Brambleton
October 9th, 2009 Categories: Brambleton
If you are a fan of the Broadlands then you may be pleased to know that Van Metre homes, who built the majority of the Broadlands, will be joining the gang over at Brambleton…
Van Metre has finished most of their construction in the Broadlands and will be beginning their new project in the next couple of months. From my understanding, they will be rolling out 2 different sizes of homes…
The Skinny…
One section of homes will range from 2400-3200 sq feet ranging from the low to mid $500′s. Their second section will be a smaller project of homes ranging from 2200-2800 sq feet selling from the mid to high $400′s. Their should be around 4-5 models to choose from in each size. We shall see.
The competition of capitalism in Brambleton has helped to develop some great homes with unique styles. I am not sure about Mr. Moore but I am excited to see what they will bring to the table.

What’s Next For Brambleton Townhomes?
October 7th, 2009 Categories: Brambleton
Many of the original townhome housing projects in Brambleton have sold out. The Miller and Smith Majic Series is complete, the Beazer towns are sold, the Centex towns are sold. However, the community is far from complete.
So What Is Next For The Fast Growing Community?
I had the privilege of being a part of a round table discussion this morning with Winchester Homes to discuss their plans to build a new townhome product in the community. Their plans are a little hush hush right now so here is what I will let you know…
This will be the most urban and contemporary product that Loudoun County has ever seen. Expect to see a product that you would normally see in DC…. The unique selling feature of these towns is that they are built to offer each unit the feel of an end unit… Interesting, I promise.
