The Brownstones At Brambleton

In my opinion, Miller and Smith builds some of the most creative and unique floor plans for homes in our Northern VA area. Tomorrow, they will be releasing a new town home series that they will be calling the “Brownstones at Brambleton.” These towns will be located across the street from the Fox Movie Theatre in Brambleton.
The Brownstones will have open floor plans with tall windows and a contemporary style that you would expect to find living in a big city. Up until now, there has been little reveled about these homes except a few facebook photos that I have loaded below. However, tomorrow is the big reveal where you can see it all for yourself!

Brambleton Adds A Dog Park

Brambleton’s Hottest New Townhomes

Ashburn has a lot of town homes! However, no one builds with as much curb appeal as Miller and Smith.
Now that they Miller and Smith has completed their Majic Series they are rolling out their “Grand Vista Collection.” These towns range from 2700 to 3100 sq feet! You can tell from the sketch that they don’t look like your typical Ashburn brick front town. These floor plans offer ground level walk in, open floor plans, and more of a Spanish architectural style.

Bloo Makes Dental Work Entertaining

Bloo Dental will be opening in the spring of 2010 in the Brambleton town center in Ashburn… side note.. If you have yet to visit the Brambleton Town Center you are missing out.
