Brambleton is a community of firsts…
They were the first community in the nation to get Verizon Fios. Now, they will be the first to offer Verizon Home Monitoring for all future homes being built. Home monitoring allows home owners to automate and control systems in their home from their smart phones, computers, or tablets. For example, a home owner could adjust the temperature of the home while away or unlock the door for a family member while being trapped in office miles away. Find more here. Pretty cool…

Bella Ballerina is Open In Brambleton

One of the best features of the Brambleton Town Center is that it offers local stores and great mom-and-pop shops a chance to share their product or service. This is why many of you will love the latest tenant in the town center, “Bella Ballerina.”
Bella Ballerina is a dance studio catering to children from ages zero to eight years old. The studio is run by a professional dance instructor with over 20 years experience. Bella Ballerina should be a lot of fun for little one’s who love to dance or simply need to get some energy out.

Miller and Smith’s Noble Pointe Collection At Brambleton

Miller and Smith is building a really unique and open floor plan with an English cottage feel in Brambleton known as the “Noble Pointe Collection.” The good news is that the homes are currently priced from the low $500′s to the $560′s. There are three floor plans that range from 2800 to 3000 square feet in space on the main two levels, depending on your choice of elevation.
I am really impressed with this series of homes as I feel that Miller and Smith has built another product that caters to a buyer that is not looking to be overwhelmed with rarely used rooms like a formal living room. Don’t get me wrong, the home is layed out in a way that it feels very open and full of light. However, it feels “PRACTICAL.” Not a word used a lot to describe a Northern VA home style.

Bramble10 Bash CANCELLED!

This weekend, Brambleton, one of Loudoun Counties most popular communities, will turn 10 years old. In celebration of the event, Brambleton had scheduled a large celebration caled Bramble10 Bash with concerts, rides, events, food, giveaway’s, and more. However, due to the poor weather conditions they have decided to cancel the event and postpone it until a later date in November. Update your calanders!

Brambleton will soon become the latest home for the fast growing self serve yogurt shop known as Sweet Frog. While there is already a Cold Stone in Brambleton, I am confident that Sweet Frog will serve up a nice option for those who are seeking a healthier option that is also allergy sensitive.
Sweet Frog is chain that started out of Southern Virginia and is quickly getting recognition for it’s popularity with all natural self serve yogurt. Be sure to try out flavors such as their Cake Batter, NY Cheesecake, Red Velvet, or Georgia Peach. Don’t forget to stop by the toppings bar to add some decor to your creation. Sweet Frog is sure to be a hit and is on schedule to arrive in late summer.
