Ashburn, Virginia is home to many fantastic communities that are only a short drive to a local golf course. Nevertheless, there is currently only one Ashburn community that is both a golf community and that is fully gated…
Belmont Country Club is a luxury golf community built by Toll Brothers residing in northern Ashburn providing exclusive privacy and scenic views. The community is built around the 18 hole signature Arnold Palmor golf course with many homes either backing to the course or having views of it.
You buy Belmont Country Club for privacy… You buy Belmont Country Club for luxury… for views.. and for the lifestyle. You do not have to buy Estate homes to live in the community… though they have them. There are also large colonials, single family attached homes, carriage homes, and town homes. Are homes selling in Loudoun?
They are in Ashburn. Mainly between the prices of 200k-500k. The luxury home market is a little slower but still moving. These stats are staggering. The dilemma is the lack of good inventory since many of these sales are foreclosures or short sales. Nine of the ten pending contracts in Ashburn Farm are associated with banks. There are less in Ashburn Village and Belmont Country Club.

The Chase At Belmont Country Club in Ashburn VA

You cannot be a real estate fan in Ashburn and not know who Toll Brothers is.
Whether you are looking at condos or luxury estate homes, they have built it. Their elite signature series of homes can be found at a community which is a part of Belmont Country Club outside of the gate called, “The Chase At Belmont Country Club.”
The Chase At Belmont CC boasts some of the largest homes in Ashburn with square footage only beginning with 4-5000 square feet on two levels. Currently Toll Brothers is finishing the lower level of the home as an incentive to purchase (this could change). There are homes in this community over 8,000 square feet!
