Ashburn New Single Family Homes In The $500′s…
January 19th, 2012 Categories: Ashburn, Community Of The Week, Loudoun Neighborhoods, New Construction
With the national trend bending towards the downsize, more and more builders are finding room within their inventory for lower price single family homes. With families in Northern VA spending so much time commuting, the requirement of a large lot is sought out less than in the past due to the upkeep needed.
If you are searching for a single family home in the $500-600k range in Ashburn, you are now in luck. Here are a few of the best options in our market.
A. OneLoudoun- Camberly Homes
Singles priced from 499-589k
I know that it is difficult to buy in on a new community that is all dirt. However, when this community begins to develop in to all that is planned for it, it will be one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Northern VA.
B. Reserve At Waxpool- MI Homes
Singles price for 499-549k
Great builder, hidden community near the Broadlands, smaller lots, low HOA fees…
C. Alexander’s Chase- Dr Horton
Singles from 514-533k
Open floor plans, smaller lots, near Brambleton
D. Goose Creek Preserve- Brookfield and Lennar Homes
Lennar selling from 549-599k
Brookfield selling from 529-549k
New community, lots of options, great commuter location
E. Emerald Ridge At Brambleton- Pulte Homes
Singles from 509-537k
Great community, popular floor plans
F. Noble Point At Brambleton- Miller and Smith
Singles From 523k- mid 500′s (undisclosed)
Open floor plans, creative design, beautiful exteriors
I am sure that you will not be dissapointed with this selection. Be sure to use real estate representation when buying new! It costs you nothing but can save you thousands along with many headaches! If you would like to discuss how I can help you in this process simply contact me…

OneLoudoun Is Coming!
January 10th, 2012 Categories: Ashburn, Loudoun County, OneLoudoun

With the previous bankruptcy of OneLoudoun and the slow roll out of the Loudoun portion of the Metro, it is very hard for locals to put their hope in the future of our area being redeemed through by a future project. Understood… The current economy has made most of us very timid in believing too big.
I am still asked quite often if the OneLoudoun project is even going to happen. Believe it or not it is. The infrastructure is there and ready for development. This multi-purpose massive development, will be an 8-10 year project which should bring fresh life and appreciation to north Ashburn and hopefully better road development to route 7! Here is a video that will give you a glimpse of what is coming!
