I showed a place for rent last week that sounded really promising for the area. I would tell you the details but you would look it up:)

We didn’t realize until arriving that a small part of the home was shut off with a seperate entrance for someone else… I believe the owner. From time to time, I see this. The owner takes over a basement or wherever and rents out the larger portion of the home. For some reason I think I will feel aqward having someone live where I do, when it is their home.

However it isn’t uncommon or wierd for an owner to rent out the smaller portion of their home to a student or whoever. Why does the later freak me out???
