A last minute decision by congress just made a lot of people at least $6,500 or $8,000 richer!

To qualify for the credit, buyers had to have been under contract by April 30th, 2010. They now have until September 30th, 2010 to settle. This will help those who needed more time to settle due to being in a short sale contract or who were waiting for their new home to be built. Congrats!
