I just settled one of the more complicated short sales I have handled yesterday. I thought I would share with you what the first page of a short sale letter looks like.
Bank- CHASE
Approval- In around 60 days
Amount Forgiven- Around 50K
Hurdles- TAX LIEN, Bank Removal Of Closing Help, Bad BPO

Nice job, Jon! I’m working on a Chase short sale right now, did you get them to forgive the debt completely, or are the sellers still at risk down the road? I’m trying to avoid future liability if at all posible and I’d love to hear your experience!
