One of the really cool perks of living in Loudoun County is that we are home to Redskins Park. Since I bleed burgundy and gold this is a feature I appreciate. There is little that their practice field does for us except slow traffic down from 45 mph to 25mhp for around 200 yards on Loudoun County Parkway… Booo.

Nevertheless, fans do get one week a year to visit practices and most Redskins end up living in the Loudoun area. It isn’t uncommon to see players at the local bank or stores. You get used too so that no one harassas them.. I should say, most don’t.

I know this isn’t much of a real estate article, and it isn’t football season. However, I am missing it around now and it does pertain to Loudoun. I also wanted to extend my invitation to our new QB Donavan Mcnabb to give me call for real estate help. I have sold a couple of the players homes so you could be lucky number three.
