Sugarland Run…. Loudoun’s Community Of The Week
North of Route 7 in Sterling, Virginia is a community known as Sugarland Run.
Sugarland Run was built in the 1970′s and consists of town homes and very unique single family homes. The community has over 1700 homes and is managed by a home owners association. Sugarland offers many great amenities including 10 tot lots, 26 miles of walking paths, a large pool with a diving board, with tennis and volleyball courts.

The Skinny
Sugarland Run offers home buyers a great option if they are seeking a single family home under 2,500 square feet in Loudoun County. There is only a small percentage of the homes that do exceed the 2,000 square foot range. The beauty of the community is within the landscape. Sugarland Run is an older community where many of the dwellings have treed lots and cul-de-sacs. Also know that many of the town home dwellings are not owner occupied. Many of them were flipped by investors over the past few years and converted to rental units since they offer so much space and were sold low.
