Last Wednesday during the blizzard, my wife and I welcomed our first child in to our lives. I couldn’t be more excited to be a dad.. And did I say exhausted.

It also turns out that while my world slowed down, so has the world of real estate. I don’t have the stats to show you this at the moment. I am simply going off of the lack of showings that have been taking place due to the snowy conditions.

Nevertheless, this is a great time for a buyer who has been shut out in normal conditions to find a home. The competition is a little less at this moment. It is similar to shopping for a home on Christmas or Thanksgiving.

What a beautiful baby boy! Congratulations proud dad!

The weather has been terrible! We did not have to deal with any snow but when Central Florida in in the 30′s it’s FREEZING!
