Lakeshore Condos In Ashburn Village

If you are considering purchasing a condo in the Ashburn area you may have never considered Lakeshore Condos in Ashburn Village. In my opinion, this is one of the best values and locations for condos in the area.

Lakeshore Condos are spacious one, two, and three bedroom garden style condos facing Pavilion Lake in Ashburn Village. All of the units are on one level, though they are not all on the ground floor. Most of the units have a water view from at least one of the bedrooms or living area providing a sense of privacy and serenity.

The Skinny…

1 bedroom units are either 798 or 862 sq ft (there are 70)
2 bedroom units are either 1184, 1221 sq ft.
3 bedroom units are 1335 sq ft.
The condos have access to the amenities of the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.
The units come with at least 1 assigned parking spot.
The community is in walking distance to the Ashburn Village shopping center.

My Opinion…

If you are looking for a condo with a garage, then Brambleton may be a better fit for you. However, if a garage isn’t a necessity, you can find incredible values at Lakeshore Condos. My clients who have owned these love the community and being near the lake.
