If you have been searching for a home to purchase in Loudoun County, you are probably shocked to find how low the current inventory is. This past month we actualy had more homes go to settlement than we have under contract.

What does this mean???

It could mean that we are going to slow down for a while. My opinion is that we will not since demand is still high and inventory is getting lower. This dip was most likely sellers and banks trying to clear the books before the end of the year.
