Moreland Estates… Ashburn’s Community Of The Week
Off of Belmont Ridge Road in Ashburn not far from the Dulles Toll Road and The Broadlands is a small community still being developed known as “Moreland Estates.” Moreland Estates is a single family home development that when finished will have 80 homes. There are currently 34 sold.
Carr Homes, a local builder out of Fairfax County for the last 85 years, is the developer. I had the pleasure of representing a Bakery client in purchasing a home at Moreland Estates this past year. I have a seen many new homes when they are finished and I have to say that I was VERY impressed with Carr’s finished product.
