Martins Chase… Ashburn’s New Addition
Martins Chase is a community in one of the most secluded locations in Ashburn. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of conservancy lots, the community often goes unnoticed. The surprise is that it is considered to be in Ashburn.
Originally, Martins Chase was considered a Leesburg location. Martins Chase was being built by the west coast builder, KB Homes and Lennar. KB eventually pulled out. Lennar has been inactive in building the community over the past several months but they are now back and offering incredible deals on a smaller series of single family homes in the upper 2,000 sq ft range to low 3,000’s.
