This Aint Last Year’s Real Estate Market
Dictionary Dot Com Defines Perseverance as: The ability to maintain a purpose in spite of difficulty, obstacles, or discouragement.
Buyers in today’s real estate market are quickly discovering that this is one of the most difficult markets to find a home in. As a Realtor, I have many times found myself writing several offers for each buyer before getting a happy word… YES. Realtors who disagree aren’t working with enough buyers.
I commonly hear this response when calling buyers. “Seriously? We offered them more than asking price!” Depending on the price range of the buyer these scenarios change. I tell buyers that the lower your price range, the tougher it will be. Tough, but not impossible. The lower your price, the lower on the triangle you are along with most of the other buyers.
In this market you can find a great home. There are two simple rules…
1. The fastest hunters sometimes win.
2. Those who need the least closing cost with the strongest financing always win.
Say Goodbye To The Bottom! The Corner Has Been Turned.
The Word Got Out… And Buyers Are Active
This is truly not last years market. Persevere.

This ain’t last year’s real estate market… that’s for sure! Even in small Clearfield, Utah the change is night and day – we have a lot fewer people coming out here looking for peaceful commuter neighborhoods than last year.
