Loudoun Luxury Homes Are Moving… Lansdowne, River Creek, and Potomac Station Sales Stats

For months now we have been seeing a lot of homes under the 400k price range sell very quickly with a lot of competition. What we have not seen is much competition in the higher end communities such as River Creek, Lansdowne, and Belmont Country Club.

It appears that the tide is turning. Check out the latest stats.

   What do you think is driving the change in the market? Is it just because summer is upon us and most people try to move during that window, or do you think the market is turning in general?
