Woodlea Manor… Leesburg’s Community Of The Week
Some of the best neighborhoods in Loudoun County go un-noticed on the large scale. This is not a problem at all for the residents who have found a community that offers serene views, beautiful homes, and a good location.
I view a lot of homes and communities around the area and I have to say that one of my favorite move-up communities is Woodlea Manor in Leesburg. Woodlea was built from 1989 to the early 2,000’s by NV Homes, Washington Homes (which has since been purchased by Khovnanian), Pulte, and Winchester Homes. All together there are around 467 single family homes in the community… and NO townhomes.
One of the unique features of the community is that all of the homes have cedar shake shingles. This may be a draw back for some but it does add a great touch to the homes that you don’t see any where else in Loudoun.
Location… Location…
Woodlea Manor is located off of route 15 south with easy access to the Greenway/ Dulles Toll Road and the Route 7 bypass around Leesburg. With the opening of Battlefield Parkway in Leesburg the commute from the community to Route 7 will become very easy.

Elementary- Evergreen Mill
Middle- JC Simpson
High- Loudoun High
(the school districts can change and should be verified)
The community offers a pool and tennis courts.
