We are seeing similar changes in absorption rates in some of the Greater Phoenix, AZ markets… especially in the lower priced inventory. Rates that were in the 12-14 month range are now below 8.
Our high priced inventory still has ridiculously high rates (over 24). Are you experiencing the same thing in VA?
