Pulte Homes Purchase Centex Homes
Pulte Homes is one of the largest builders in our local Loudoun area and has now become the largest builder in the nation after purchasing Centex Homes for 1.3 Billion dollars of stock.
How big is Pulte in Loudoun County?
- Pulte is currently building 2 communities in Leesburg (Oaklawn & The Hamlets at Red Cedar).
- They are building 2 communities in Ashburn including their company *Del Webb (Windemere & Potomac Green).
Pulte is responsible for building multiple communities in different Northern VA locations. With the inclusion of Centex who has also built many communities in Northern VA, they will inherit four new Loudoun County projects…
- Centex is building the sky meadows and town homes in the Lansdowne. They finished their single family homes there.
- Centex is building condos in Brambleton and has finished their townhomes and single family homes in the community.
- Centex is still finishing their joint venture with Del Webb at Potomac Green for the 55+ population in Ashburn.
- Centex is building more townhomes and condos at The Glen At Goose Creek in Ashburn.
