Super resource. I’ve directed several of my Realtor contacts to it. Have you seen an uptick in buying interest related directly to the increased tax credit? I imagine that the fact that it’s an “actual credit” and not a long term loan may spark a bit more activity.

Its crazy hearing all the different thoughts on the tax credit. I heard today that you could use it to buy a home…i also heard someone get it without buying a home..hmmmmm..something fishy.
