Here are last months home sale stats for Loudoun. I have to say that I am pretty excited about the way things are shaping up. They aren’t great… but much better than they have been.

Homes sold in December sold higher than the previous 2 months.
The average price is showing stability.
The inventory is remaining low… and decreasing… This is a must for our recovery.
Buyers are continuing to purchase in this area.
