There are neighborhoods in Ashburn that go unnoticed because of their size. I am sure they don’t mind… but these communities make up a large portion of Ashburn.
This week I want to point out to you one of the best luxury home communities in Ashburn that you may have never heard of called “Belle Terra.” It is a 269 home community made up of four developments (The Reserve, The Park, The Lakes, and Qauil Pond). Belle Terra is unique to Ashburn in that it is one of only a few communities offering 1+ acre home sites, large common areas, 3 small lakes, winding roads, and aged wooded areas.
