		<description>Have to say, most of those choices were pretty obvious.  New York, LA, DC, Seattle, and San Francisco have been boom towns for the past two decades, and New Orleans, Detroit, and Milwaukee have been in the dumps for even longer.  I tend to disagree with their characterization of Columbus; a lot of people are moving out there from Cleveland and elsewhere, even from Utah, because of some job expansion and the low cost of living.</description>
