I am not excited about the numbers for home sales in Loudoun County.

The units sold don’t bother me too much since it is expected around this time of year. However, I am a little dissapointed with the amount of new homes coming on the market. I hope my article on why waiting to list your home in the spring could cost you thousands didn’t influence a few too many.

Nevertheless, there are a few good signs… The days on market are down and the average sales price is up.

Some of the signs there are bad but they almost seem good compared to what we are seeing down here in Florida. You do have some pluses in sales price and days on the market. Do you think these are good or bad signs? I’m new to real estate and trying to learn all I can.
