It should be noted how many of these condos are currently under foreclosre. While the price they advertize now is high 200s, low 300s, it needs to be emphasized that these tenants pay almost $400 per month in condo fees. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! People who bought early here will NEVER REGAIN THEIR VALUE….

This living room rocks! It looks very homey and cozy. I am just wondering if indeed it cost $400 a month?
