Seriously. I have a house for rent and I can’t keep up with all of the people wanting to see it. Last week I rented out 2 houses! Most agents don’t mess around with rentals because there is barely any money in it. However, I have a handful of people that I have sold homes to who started out as renters so it is hard for me to pass up a good opportunity. I guess I am an unconventional Realtor.
