Yesterday we discussed the Ashburn community of Farmwell Hunt. 

There is no new construction in Farmwell Hunt so lets take a look at how well the resales are going.  If you haven’t noticed from driving around lately there are UNDER CONTRACT signs everywhere!  Homes around the 400k range and below are selling quickly thanks to great rates being offered through FHA financing.

Townhomes:

Active:  1 ($379,000)

Under Contract:  4 (Average Price $354,950)

Sold:  3 (Average Sold Price $394,666)

Rented: Only 1! (Average Community Price $1950)

Single Family Detached:

Active: 6 (Average Price $685,600)

Under Contract: 1 ($595,000)

Sold: 2 (Average Sold Price $645,000)
