		<description>Hi Jon: Now, about those bad MLS photos...I love 'em! They'd be even funnier if the agents weren't doing such a disservice to their clients by posting them. Indeed, I post these, too - I call them Scarey MLS Photos - on my blog with the subtitle: Our Gallery of Actual Listing Photos by Colleagues Who Point and Shoot Themselves in the Foot. 

On a more serious side, I'm farming out almost all my photography these days to a professional service. Those photos are the first thing online buyers see and they need to be as good as they can be. (But this, only after the sellers have worked with our stager.) Staging...professional photography...it's a lot of work, but it's getting our sellers' homes sold.
