I am stealing this idea from my friend Jack Levine over at VeryVintageVegas who post some of the funniest bad photos in the Vegas MLS.
It is the spring market so why not show that porch off?
My only question is, “can we fit anything else out there?”
As Jack says, “The only thing worse than a bad picture is no picture at all.”

Hi Jon: Now, about those bad MLS photos…I love ‘em! They’d be even funnier if the agents weren’t doing such a disservice to their clients by posting them. Indeed, I post these, too – I call them Scarey MLS Photos – on my blog with the subtitle: Our Gallery of Actual Listing Photos by Colleagues Who Point and Shoot Themselves in the Foot.
On a more serious side, I’m farming out almost all my photography these days to a professional service. Those photos are the first thing online buyers see and they need to be as good as they can be. (But this, only after the sellers have worked with our stager.) Staging…professional photography…it’s a lot of work, but it’s getting our sellers’ homes sold.
Hey Ken… Thanks for the comment. I have also been farming out my photos and staging. These are 2 areas that I feel deserve a professional touch and it really makes a difference.

I love it Jon! Now, why wouldn’t you want to buy this house? It’s got everything BUT the kitchen sink
Excellent topic Jon!
