You can’t call yourself a true student of local real estate and not know who Dr. Stephen Fuller from GMU is.  Well, you could, but if you haven’t heard of him I would highly encourage you to check out his work.  Dr. Fuller is the DC’s regional expert on employment, economic, and housing trends of the area.  You can check out more about him here. 

He recently put together a economic and housing trend prediction for the area that is very interesting.
